Plate S A D 9111 has reached EGP 95,000 with just one active bidder. Plate M B 3333 is attracting wider interest, with four bidders pushing its price to EGP 433,333.
Competition is heating up for plate H M F 11, now at EGP 525,000, while the desirable S A D 7 plate stands at EGP 750,000 with three contenders. Plate M T S 1 has climbed to EGP 575,000. Four bidders are vying for the C R F 1 plate. The seven-plate lineup offers everything from single-letter and single-number combinations to plates that spell out recognizable names.
State Treasury Reaps Over EGP 300 Million Since 2017
The ministry previously revealed that total sales from the electronic plate auction service, launched in mid-2017, have surpassed EGP 300 million. All proceeds go directly to support the Tahya Misr Fund.
Bidding will remain open until September 10, giving enthusiasts a final window to secure a custom plate for their vehicles. The fully digital system ensures transparent tracking of the highest offer in real time.
Registration runs through the official portal supervised by the General Administration of Traffic Information Systems. For collectors and status-conscious drivers alike, these auctions represent one of the few legitimate channels to own truly distinctive vehicle identification numbers in Egypt.
