New Government Auction for Seized Vehicles Set for September 2026

The General Authority for Government Services in Egypt has announced a new car auction dedicated to vehicles seized from various government entities. The auction will take place on September 7, 2026, in Cairo. Over 500 vehicles are expected to be offered.

Auction Details and Vehicle Lineup

The auction includes pickup trucks, microbuses, sedans, minibuses, dump trucks, agricultural tractors, motorcycles, loaders, and tuk-tuks from multiple brands. The list features Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, MG, Fiat, Mazda, Daihatsu, JAC, Toyota, Suzuki, Peugeot, Ford, Chevrolet, Renault, Volkswagen, Lada, Daewoo, Great Wall, Brilliance, and more.

Motorcycles from brands like Yamaha, Java, ToGAWA, and Alpha are also part of the auction, along with heavy equipment such as loaders and tractors from Komatsu, MAN, and Hino. The variety is impressive, covering passenger cars, commercial transport, and specialty vehicles.

Auction Terms and Insurance Requirements

The auction will be held at the Sports Hall of the Civilizations Club on Salah Salem Street, opposite the Ain El-Sira traffic office, starting at 12:00 PM. The entry deposit for the auction is 50,000 Egyptian pounds. Winners must pay 30% of the vehicle's value immediately, with the remaining balance due within 15 days.
