Major Government Auction for Dozens of Used Passenger Cars Set for June

The General Authority for Government Services, under the Ministry of Finance, is preparing to hold a large public auction to sell several lots of used passenger cars, along with passenger buses and beach vehicles, from abandoned, confiscated, and customs-seized vehicles at the Alexandria, Salloum, and Dekheila ports.

The Central Sales Administration, overseeing the sale process, announced that the auction session will take place at 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 11, at the Giza Sports Club hall on Al-Bahr Al-Azam Street in Giza Governorate.

What Cars Are Available at the Alexandria and Dekheila Customs Auction?

The auction includes a range of passenger cars, most notably a Jaguar XF 2009, Porsche Boxster 2005, Porsche Panamera 2010, Mercedes CLK 320 2002, BMW 520i 2008, Kia Sportage 2005, Ford Explorer 2008, Porsche Cayenne 2005, and Audi A5 2010.

Also available are a Mercedes E350 2013, Lincoln Town Car 2003, Chrysler Stretch 2005, Skoda Octavia 2010, Volkswagen Touareg 2008, Rolls-Royce 1966, BMW 318D 2011, Mercedes 500R 2007, Mercedes 350C 2008, Chrysler 300C 2005, Chrysler 300C 2006, and Lincoln Stretch 2000.

Additional vehicles include a Hummer H2 2004, Mercedes E320 2002, BMW X6 2009, Ford Escape 2013, Dodge Challenger 2010, BMW X5 2006, BMW 520i 2008, Kia Sportage 2005, Peugeot 407 2008, and Hyundai Tucson 2006.

The auction also features vans, minibuses, and beach vehicles from brands such as Mercedes Vito, Isuzu GMC, three Bichi Baji LFORCE-600 2015 models, a CaFaera motorcycle 2016, and a CPG6LE motorcycle 2016.

Auction Participation Requirements for Alexandria, Salloum, and Dekheila Customs Vehicles

The authority noted that participation requires purchasing the terms and specifications booklet for 400 Egyptian pounds, available at the General Authority for Government Services headquarters in the Ministry of Finance towers.
