The Egyptian Government Services Authority has announced a public auction for used vehicles held by the Alexandria, Al-Salloum, and Al-Dekheila customs authorities, set to take place on June 11, 2026. The auction includes 38 vehicle lots and 135 additional lots of various goods from the Alexandria, Matrouh, and Al-Dekheila customs, offering a prime opportunity for luxury car enthusiasts.

Key Vehicles in the Alexandria Customs Auction

The vehicles offered at the Alexandria customs auction range from luxury sedans to sporty models, including a Mercedes-Benz E350 (2013), Mercedes-Benz 500R (2007), Mercedes-Benz GLK 320, Mercedes-Benz Vito (2006), Mercedes-Benz E320 (2002), and a Mercedes-Benz 350C (2008). The list also features a Ford Explorer (2008), Ford Escape (2013), Audi A5 (2010), and Jaguar XF (2009).

Sports car enthusiasts will find a Porsche Boxster (2005), Porsche Cayenne (2005), and Porsche Panamera (2010). American models include a Lincoln Town Car (2003), Lincoln Stretch (2000), Chrysler Stretch (2005), Chrysler 300C (2005), and Chrysler 300C Saloon (2006).

Additional highlights include a BMW 318d (2011), BMW X6 (2009), BMW X5 (2006), Skoda Octavia (2010), Volkswagen Touareg (2008), Peugeot 407 (2008), Hyundai Tucson (2006), Rolls-Royce Saloon (1966), Isuzu minibus (28-seat diesel), Hummer H2 (2004), and a Dodge Challenger (2010).

Al-Salloum and Al-Dekheila Customs Vehicles

The Al-Salloum customs auction features a Kia Sportage (2005) and a BMW 520i (2008). Meanwhile, the Al-Dekheila customs auction includes two motorcycles, a CaFera and CPG6Le (both 2016 models), and three beach buggies, LFORCE-600 (2015 models).

Terms and Conditions for Participation

The auction oversight committee noted that some vehicles are eligible for registration while others are not, as detailed per lot in the terms booklet. Participants must purchase the terms booklet for EGP 400, available at the Government Services Authority headquarters in the Ministry of Finance towers on Ramses Street, Tower 2. The booklet fee is non-refundable even if no lots are won.

Deposit and Payment Terms

The authority has set a deposit of EGP 50,000 to enter the auction, with a requirement to pay 30% of the lot value immediately upon winning, and the remaining balance within 15 days from the auction date. The committee also stated that corporate or institutional participants must provide a tax card or commercial register, while individual participants need only present a valid national ID card.
