The entry deposit for the auction is 50,000 Egyptian pounds, with 30% payable immediately upon winning the bid and the remaining amount due within 15 days. Bidders must carry the booklet when entering, and those subject to tax must present their tax card.

The auction will be held at the Al-Hadarat Sports Club hall on Salah Salem Street, opposite the Ain El-Sira traffic office, starting at 12:00 PM. The authority emphasizes that purchasing the auction booklet is mandatory for entry, and bidders must have it with them at the door.
