All-New Citroen C5 Aircross Launched in Egypt Starting at EGP 1,695,000

Al Qasrawi Group, the official distributor of Citroen in Egypt, has unveiled the all-new generation of the Citroen C5 Aircross in the Egyptian market. The SUV is offered in two trim levels, with the first variant priced at EGP 1,695,000 and the second at EGP 1,935,000.

Engine and Performance of the New Citroen C5 Aircross

The vehicle is powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 180 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission and features a 55-liter fuel tank. The cargo capacity stands at 565 liters, expanding to 1,666 liters when the rear seats are folded.

Dimensions of the New Citroen C5 Aircross

The new C5 Aircross measures 4,652 mm in length, 1,902 mm in width, and 1,689 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,784 mm.

Safety Features in the New Citroen C5 Aircross

The first trim level includes ABS and EBD brakes, brake assist, post-collision safety braking, dynamic stability control, traction control, and hill start assist. It also comes with six airbags, hydraulic suspension, an electric parking brake, tire pressure monitoring, a 180-degree surround-view camera, front and rear parking sensors, child safety lock, ISOFIX child seat anchors, driver alertness monitoring, active safety brake, lane keeping assist, traffic sign recognition, and adaptive cruise control.

The second trim level adds a 360-degree surround-view camera, lane change assist, lane centering, rear cross-traffic alert, extended blind-spot detection, curve speed adaptation, and intelligent speed adaptation.

Exterior Features of the New Citroen C5 Aircross

On the exterior, the first trim features 19-inch sport wheels, tinted rear and side windows, keyless entry and start with proximity technology, a self-cleaning rearview camera, automatic rain-sensing wipers, a rear windshield wiper, electrically foldable side mirrors, an auto-dimming interior mirror, LED headlights, intelligent adaptive headlights, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights, and rear fog lights.

The second trim level enhances these features with additional driver-assistance systems and upgraded lighting technology.
