Al Mansour Automotive, the exclusive local distributor for Chevrolet in Egypt, has introduced the Optra family sedan for the 2027 model year as the brand's most affordable offering in the local market during July. The vehicle is locally assembled at the company's factory in the Sixth of October City.

The new Chevrolet Optra 2027 starts at 764,900 EGP for the base trim, while the higher-spec variant is priced at 789,900 EGP. The price gap between the two trims stands at just 25,000 EGP.

Engine and Performance

Under the hood sits a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 98 horsepower and 140 Nm of torque. The powertrain is paired with a CVT automatic transmission offering 8 speeds. These figures point toward economical family-oriented driving.
