The General Authority for Government Services in Egypt has announced a new used car and vehicle auction covering prosecutions in Alexandria and North Sinai, along with several Upper Egypt cities including Minya, Beni Suef, Qena, and Assiut. The auction is scheduled for September 9, 2026, and features a wide range of vehicles including sedans, trucks, pickups, motorcycles, tuk-tuks, tricycles, and beach buggies.
Vehicles and Brands Available at the Auction
The auction list includes more than 20 different brands, ranging from Isuzu and BMW to Hyundai and Fiat. Other names on the roster include Daewoo, Lada, Kia, and Renault.
The lineup doesn't stop there. It also includes Mitsubishi, Mercedes, Toyota, and Mazda. Choices from Nissan, Chevrolet, Suzuki, and Peugeot are well represented, alongside Chery, Volvo, JAC, and local brands such as Nasr, Datsun, and Speranza. Commercial vehicles and motorcycles include Bajaj and Samsung units.
Auction Terms and Conditions
The auction session will be held at the Al Hadarat Sports Club hall on Salah Salem Street, opposite Ein El Sira traffic office in Cairo, starting at 12 noon sharp. Entry deposit for the auction is set at EGP 50,000, a mandatory requirement for participation in the public auction.
Terms and specifications booklet is available for EGP 400. It can be obtained from the General Authority for Government Services headquarters at the Ministry of Finance towers extension of Ramses Street, Tower 2. The payment structure is straightforward: 30% of the vehicle's value is due immediately when the auction concludes, with the remaining balance payable within 15 days from the session date.
