SN Automotive, the authorized agent for Chinese brand Dongfeng in Egypt, is preparing to open a new branch in Alexandria. The move follows the recent launch of a large facility in Sheikh Zayed City and forms part of a broader plan to reach customers nationwide. The new branch adds another node to a distribution network that already spans several governorates.
Strategic partnership built over 14 months
Eng. Yahya Abdel Halim, the company's CEO, said SN Automotive is the result of a strategic partnership between Al-Safi Group and El-Nasr Automotive Manufacturing Company, launched roughly 14 months ago. In that short period, the company has achieved several milestones in expansion and service development. The partnership combines Al-Safi's local market expertise with El-Nasr's industrial capabilities, giving the new agent a solid foundation for growth.
Wide Delta coverage through certified centers
The company has wide coverage in the Delta region through certified centers in Tanta, Mansoura, and Damietta. These centers allow Dongfeng customers to access sales and maintenance services without traveling long distances. Abdel Halim sees this presence as reinforcing the Chinese brand's footprint in Egypt, making the ownership experience easier for buyers in provincial areas. The current network is a platform for future expansion.
After-sales service at the top of the agenda
The CEO stressed that the company places special emphasis on after-sales services and improving the customer service system. The goal is to strengthen buyer confidence and provide the necessary support after purchasing a vehicle. This strategy ensures Dongfeng customers get a return on their investment in high-quality cars, with lasting peace of mind regarding after-sales support. The sector needs strong service infrastructure to keep pace with competition.
The Alexandria expansion marks a pivotal step in SN Automotive's plan to establish a presence across Egypt. The coastal governorate represents a major automotive market. A presence there gives the Chinese brand a chance to reach new customer segments. Details of the opening will be announced soon, according to the company. The move reflects the agent's desire to build a strong presence in a short time.
