Nissan Tops Egypt Car Sales and Expands Network with Locally Assembled Magnite Launch

Engineer Mohamed Abdel Samad, Managing Director of Nissan Africa, confirmed that the Egyptian market represents one of the most strategic markets for the company across the African continent. He revealed that Nissan topped passenger car sales during 2025, achieving a market share of 18.6%, the highest in the company's history in Egypt.

Nissan Egypt, the local distributor of the Japanese brand, continues to strengthen its presence in the local market, backed by strong performance in recent months. This coincides with the launch of the locally assembled Nissan Magnite, the brand's newest model in Egypt, with local content ratio increased to 55%.

Magnite: Latest Addition to Local Production

Abdel Samad noted that the official rollout of the Nissan Magnite from the company's assembly lines in Egypt marks a significant milestone in Nissan's expansion strategy. He emphasized that the increased local content ratio resulted from new investments aimed at supporting the national industry and enhancing the sustainability of the automotive sector.

He added that the company continues to work closely with its dealer network and authorized partners to deliver a more integrated customer experience, focusing on geographic expansion and after-sales service development.

Broader Service Network for Customers

Engineer Loay Saleh, General Manager of Dealer Network Development at Nissan Egypt, stated that the company is steadily executing its plans to expand and improve the quality of services offered to customers. This is achieved by applying Nissan's global standards and identity across all sales and service points.

Saleh pointed out that the company's strategy aims to enhance the customer experience and increase access points to Nissan services in high-density, vital areas.

New Center Opens in Nasr City

These statements were made on the sidelines of the inauguration of Nissan Egypt's new certified branch, 'Express Egypt', in Nasr City. The new facility provides sales and after-sales services to customers in this key area of the capital.
