Kayye Auto: Egypt Among Our Fastest-Growing Markets, Sales Exceed 2,000 Cars in 6 Months
Global automotive company Kayye Auto has confirmed that the Egyptian market ranks among its fastest-growing markets in the region, driven by strong performance since the brand’s entry. This growth is underpinned by the strategic partnership with Kayye Motors Egypt (KME), which is responsible for importing and manufacturing Kayye vehicles in Egypt, playing a key role in achieving these positive results.
Record Sales in the First Half of 2026
The company announced that sales of licensed Kayye cars in Egypt exceeded 2,000 units during the first half of 2026, aligning with the targets set in collaboration with Kayye Motors Egypt. Cumulative sales have now reached approximately 3,900 vehicles by the end of June 2026, since the brand’s launch in the Egyptian market in mid-2025, reflecting growing demand for its models.
Factors Behind Success and Expansion Plans
Kayye Auto attributed this success to the integration with Kayye Motors Egypt, which enhanced the brand’s competitiveness by offering modern models at competitive prices. The development of after-sales and maintenance services has also strengthened customer confidence and significantly supported sales growth in the Egyptian market.
Local Manufacturing and Export Ambitions
The company revealed expansion plans in Egypt, including increased reliance on local manufacturing for several models, as part of a strategy to strengthen Kayye's presence and transform Egypt into a regional hub for production and export. New models are set to be launched soon, coinciding with the locally assembled version of the “X3 PRO,” expected to debut before the end of this year.
Kayye Auto global emphasized that the Egyptian market possesses strong fundamentals to attract more automotive investments, thanks to its strategic geographic location, incentives for investors and manufacturers, and international trade agreements that offer promising opportunities for trade and export to various markets. The company added that Egypt is witnessing continuous development in infrastructure and demand for modern vehicles, making it an ideal destination for further future expansion.
