Kayan Group Graduates 47 Students from Volkswagen School, 21 Candidates for Work Abroad

47 students. That is the exact number of graduates from the third batch of the Volkswagen Secondary Applied Technology School, celebrated by Kayan Group in the presence of Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber and officials from the education and automotive sectors. This brings the total number of graduates since the school launched in 2021/2022 to 157, with 21 of the new graduates now shortlisted for jobs abroad.

Egypt's first automotive repair and maintenance school

The school is the first of its kind in the Egyptian market. Established as the country's first applied technology school specializing in car repair and maintenance, it operates on a dual education model that blends theoretical curricula with hands-on training inside service centers and workshops. That model gives students real-world experience before graduation, which explains the growing demand for its graduates. Specializations include Volkswagen maintenance and repair, automotive mechatronics, fault diagnosis, and modern systems.

Training on electric and hybrid vehicle technology

What exactly do students study? Beyond mechanical fundamentals, trainees receive instruction on new automotive technologies, including electric vehicle systems and new energy vehicles. This aligns with the global shift toward Audi and clean energy vehicles. It strengthens graduates' chances in both local and international job markets. Students also train at the school's attached training center in Al-Asmarat, plus Volkswagen service centers, Kayan Egypt, and partner companies.
