Kaiyi Reaches 3,900 Vehicle Sales in Egypt as Local Production Expansion Continues

Kaiyi has continued its sales growth in the Egyptian automotive market, with the Chinese automaker announcing its latest cumulative sales figures for the country. The company stated that Egypt has become one of its fastest-growing markets across the Middle East, highlighting the brand's expanding presence and increasing demand. The performance reflects the company's continued investment in the local market through vehicle imports and domestic manufacturing initiatives.

Sales Growth and Market Expansion

According to the parent company, a significant part of this achievement is attributed to the local distributor, Kaiyi Motors Egypt, which is responsible for importing Kaiyi vehicles as well as manufacturing them locally. The company also confirmed that preparations are progressing for the first Egypt-built X3 Pro, marking another step in strengthening its local manufacturing strategy.

During the first half of 2026, Kaiyi sold approximately 2,000 vehicles in Egypt. As a result, the brand's cumulative sales since its official launch in the Egyptian market in mid-2025 have reached 3,900 vehicles. These figures underline the company's continued momentum and growing customer base in the country.

Local Manufacturing and Current Prices

The company stated that it is preparing for further expansion in Egypt by increasing the number of locally manufactured models as part of a broader strategy to position Egypt as a regional hub for Kaiyi vehicle production and exports. It also confirmed that the first locally manufactured X3 Pro units will be launched and delivered before the end of 2026.

Current pricing includes the Kaiyi E5 Premium at EGP 879,900 with a cashback offer of EGP 40,000, reducing the effective price to EGP 839,900. The E5 Flagship is priced at EGP 949,900 with EGP 50,000 cashback, bringing the final price to EGP 899,900. The Kaiyi X3 Pro Topline is offered at EGP 919,900 with EGP 20,000 cashback for a final price of EGP 899,900, while the X3 Pro Flagship costs EGP 979,900 with EGP 20,000 cashback, reducing the price to EGP 959,900. The Kaiyi X7 Flagship is priced at EGP 1,464,900 with EGP 65,000 cashback for a final price of EGP 1,399,900, while the X7 I-DM is available at EGP 1,649,900 with EGP 50,000 cashback, lowering the effective price to EGP 1,599,900.
