Global Auto Group has opened a new showroom for BMW and MINI in the Fifth Settlement of New Cairo, strengthening its presence in the capital's eastern corridor. The facility spans 1,000 square meters and accommodates eight vehicles. It replaces a previous showroom in the same area.
Inside the New BMW and MINI Showroom
Located in the I City commercial building on North 90th Street, the new showroom is larger and more advanced than the old one. That only displayed BMW models. For the first time, BMW and MINI share the same space. This integration reflects the dealer's strategy to offer a comprehensive luxury car experience in Egypt.
Retail.Next Concept at the Fifth Showroom
The showroom is the fifth for Global Auto in Egypt to adopt the Retail.Next concept, joining others in Obour, Sahrawi, North Coast, and Almaza. The concept blends modern luxury with digital solutions. There are dedicated areas for MINI cars and BMW M models. This move is part of the dealer's plan to upgrade its distribution and service network across the Egyptian market.
BMW Global Executives Attend the Opening
The opening was attended by Ritu Chandy, Senior Vice President of BMW Group for Sales in Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa; Paul de Courtois, Regional President of BMW Group for Africa and Eastern Europe; and Mohamed Kandil, CEO and Managing Director of Global Auto Group. Their presence underscores the importance of the Egyptian market to the Bavarian brand.
Mohamed Kandil's Remarks on the New Vision
Mohamed Kandil emphasized that the new showroom doesn't merely replace an old one but reinforces the company's vision to develop Global Auto's network in Egypt and deliver more advanced services. He explained that the showroom relies on the Retail.Next concept, combining modern luxury with digital solutions. The message is clear: the dealer is raising the bar for customer experience in the luxury car segment.
The opening comes amid fierce competition among dealers in Egypt's luxury car market. By bringing BMW and MINI under one roof, the dealer strengthens its ability to attract a wider customer base in eastern Cairo. Full details on new services and schedules have not been announced yet, but the launch confirms Global Auto's commitment to expansion.
