The company recently inaugurated a new authorized service center named "Al Shal" in the city of Tanta, reinforcing its commitment to expanding its after-sales network across the country.

The new Al Shal service center marks a cornerstone in Diamond Motors' expansion plans, aiming to provide maintenance and technical support services more conveniently to Mitsubishi customers in the vital Delta area. This facility eliminates the need for customers to travel to neighboring governorates, offering them premium care that preserves their vehicles' value and the renowned reliability of the Japanese brand in the Egyptian market.

State-of-the-Art Facilities

The newly opened center has been fully equipped according to the latest corporate identity and strict global standards set by Mitsubishi Motors Corporation. It features advanced diagnostic and fault-detection equipment and is prepared to handle all Mitsubishi models available in the local market, including the Mitsubishi Attrage, Lancer, Pajero, and Eclipse Cross. Services range from routine maintenance to mechanical and electrical repairs, all using genuine spare parts covered by the distributor's warranty.

The authorized Al Shal service center is strategically located at kilometer 83 on the Cairo-Alexandria Agricultural Road, heading towards Tanta – Dafra. The facility includes a well-equipped and comfortable lounge for customers while their vehicles are being inspected or serviced. The center is open daily from Saturday to Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by high-level officials, including Anas Diab, Regional Maintenance Manager; Mohamed Ashour Abdallah, Senior Dealer Network Development Manager; and Sawsan Hisham Badr, Marketing Manager. Also present were Mohamed Youssef Al Shal, Chairman of the Board; Essam Sharara, Executive Director; and Sameh Ghobashi, Sales Manager.
