BYD Opens First Technology Center in Suez with Sultan Auto

BYD has opened its first technology center in Suez Governorate through its official Egyptian agent ManDream, in cooperation with authorized distributor Sultan Auto. The move is part of a clear expansion plan. The Chinese brand aims to strengthen its presence in the Egyptian market by increasing the number of technology centers that offer both sales and maintenance services under one roof.

Who Attended the Opening?

The opening ceremony drew senior leaders from all three companies. Khaled Youssef, CEO of ManDream in Egypt, led the attendance, alongside Mohamed Fakhoury, head of marketing and sales, Sherif Fahim, marketing director, Engineer Mohamed Adel, director of excellence and development for sales and service centers, and Mohamed Noah, commercial sales manager. Rami Yao, BYD regional sales manager, also attended.

Representing Sultan Auto were Mohamed Sultan, chairman, Walid Khader, director of agencies and distribution, and Menna Mohamed Sultan, marketing and development director, along with several branch managers. The turnout reflects the scale of the partnership between the three parties.

What Does the New Center Offer?

The center provides integrated services covering sales and maintenance. This combination gives BYD customers in Suez and surrounding areas easier access to after-sales services. Having everything under one roof is a real draw in a competitive market.

The opening is part of joint efforts between BYD and ManDream to expand the distribution and service network across various governorates. The move reflects the brand's desire for wider geographic coverage, especially as demand for electric and hybrid vehicles grows in Egypt.
