Over 2,000 Vehicles Delivered and Intensive Test Drives
The company confirmed that during this short period, it has delivered more than 2,000 vehicles to customers and conducted approximately 2,500 test drives. These activities are part of BYD's plan to introduce its new models and support the adoption of electric and hybrid vehicles in the Egyptian market, which is witnessing growing demand for sustainable mobility solutions.
Launch of 8 Diverse Models: Electric, Hybrid, and Multi-Purpose
The initial phase of BYD's presence in Egypt saw the launch of 8 new models, including fully electric vehicles, hybrids, and multi-purpose vehicles. The lineup includes the Dolphin Surf EV and Sealion 6 EV in the electric category, alongside the Sealion 6 DM-i, Sealion 5 DM-i, and Ti7 DM-i in the SUV segment.

Educational Initiatives and Service Network Expansion
On another front, BYD has carried out several awareness activities for its new vehicles, including hosting over 1,000 students in interactive educational experiences. These sessions, conducted in partnership with specialized organizations, aim to introduce electric and hybrid vehicle technologies and promote environmental benefits.
The company is currently working on expanding its network of technology and service centers in Egypt, with a target of reaching 20 technology centers and 7 service centers by the end of 2026. This initiative is designed to provide sales, maintenance, and customer support services across various regions, thereby boosting consumer confidence in the brand and driving future sales growth.
