1857 units were enough for Golden Dragon to take second place with a 30% share. Lower volume, yet a solid presence in public transport. Toyota landed third at 12% with 754 units — a wide gap from the leader despite the Japanese brand's strong reputation in Egypt.

Foton takes fourth

Just 431 units went to Foton in fourth place, holding a 7% share of total minibus sales. The numbers show Egypt's public transport market moves on a completely different logic from passenger cars.
