Hyundai Elantra AD and Kia Pegas Round Out the List

Finally, the Kia Pegas took fifth place with 495 registered units, remaining one of the most sought-after economy cars in the Egyptian market thanks to its competitive starting price of EGP 565,000. This list reflects the continued strong demand for affordable cars in Egypt, with budget-friendly models and basic trims dominating registration figures.

Price Range of Top Registered Cars

The report shows that the prices of the most registered cars range from EGP 565,000 to EGP 1.07 million, indicating buyers' focus on value-for-money vehicles. Nissan prices lead the list with the Sunny as the best-selling model, followed by the Chevrolet Optra which offers strong competition in the same price segment. The Egyptian market is witnessing a notable shift toward Chinese brands like Soueast, which managed to achieve solid sales figures despite being a relatively new player in the local scene.
